SYMPOSIUM CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, the 2021 Laughlin Symposium registration fees will be refunded (less an $80 per person processing fee) if written notice is received by October 1, 2021 (5 PM, Mountain Time). Refund checks will be mailed AFTER November 25, 2021. Cancellations after October 1, 2021 (5 PM, Mountain Time) and “No Shows” are non-refundable.
